Pharmacies in our network may share your personal information among themselves and with Meds Canada to ensure safe and effective order fulfillment.

We only disclose personal information to third parties (e.g., our accountants, lawyers, or approved pharmacies) bound by contracts or laws to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

We may send you informational and promotional materials about our services and those of approved pharmacies, unless you ask us not to. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting our customer service or emailing our Privacy Officer at privacy@medscanada.com. We may use your order history to determine which materials might interest you, but health-related product information will only be used to inform you about other health-related products or services.

Business Transfers

In the event of a corporate reorganization, merger, or sale, the successor entity will have the same rights as Meds Canada to retain, use, or disclose information about you. If we sell or transfer our pharmacy business, the new owner or transferee will assume our rights and obligations regarding your personal information.

Your Rights to Access and Correct Information

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you identify any inaccuracies, we will correct them. You may also request that we remove your information from our records, unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it.

Returns Policy

All prescription sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Meds Canada cannot legally accept or restock orders that are canceled or refused after they have left a network pharmacy.

Shipping Policy

Meds Canada guarantees the arrival of your order within 10 days upon receipt of all necessary documentation to fill your order. Our average shipping time is typically 5-10 days.

Once we receive all prescriptions and required customer information, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. If an order is not received within 15 days, we consider it lost and will replace it at no charge to you, guaranteed.

All orders are shipped by standard post carriers in each country within our network. Within the United States, all parcels are delivered by USPS.
